Learning to fail!

In metacognition we have been learning to juggle, so we can dissect the learning process together when learning a new skill.

Our aim is to be able to juggle three balls, but none of us are quite there yet! Today we discussed the importance of failure in the learning process, looking at famous athletes such as Mo Farrah and how they have learned from their failures.

We reflected on the point of failure in juggling today – for most of it it comes when trying to remember throw, throw, catch, catch… Rather than passing the second ball.
